- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1Add all ingredients in a blender and blend for 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 2Pour batter in a butter or Pam then flour glass dish (pyrex)

Step 3OPTIONAL add blue berries once batter is poured in pan

Step 4Close oven and set temperature to 375° and bake for 30 minutes. **Avoiding preheat of oven

Step 5Serve while hot with dusted powdered sugar and lemon juice or whipped cream, fresh fruit and syrup.
