This recipe is very versatile, I make soo many different versions, you can make vegetarian or add bacon, sausage. It's quick and easy.Make for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch or even Dinner.

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 1/2 small pepper, any color, diced
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 slices ham, cut into bite size
- 1/4 cup cheese, (any) shredded
- salt/pepper
- 1 teaspoon butter
How To Make crustless quiche

Step 1pre heat oven to 350 degrees, combine all ingredients, minus the butter in a large bowl.

Step 2butter a glass pie dish, pour mixture and bake for about 30 mins, or until eggs are set and top is golden brown.

Step 3let rest 10 mins before slicing.
