- 8 - potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 pound fully cooked ham, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 package country-style gravy mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups cheddar cheese,shredded
How To Make country scalloped potatoes and ham

Step 1Combine potatoes,, onion and ham in a lightly greased slow cooker. Combine gravy, mushroom and water: whisk welled mixed.Pour gravy over potatoes. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or (low 7-9 hours) Top with cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Step 2Note: to prevent darkening, Tossed sliced, uncooked potatoes in a mixture of 1cup of water and 1/2 tea of tartar: drain and proceed with recipes.
