This recipe seems a little heartier than the Hartwell Farm's recipe. And it differs from many of the other corn pudding recipes because it is not made with corn bread. It is made with saltine crackers. Hope you like my Mother's recipe!!

Ingredients
- COMBINE:
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup cracker crumbs (saltines or oyster crackers)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - whole eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- DOT TOP WITH:
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make corn pudding

Step 1Combine all except the butter in mixing bowl and pour into 8x8 or 9x9 greased baking pan

Step 2Cut the butter in many small pieces and randomly dot the top of the whole dish with the butter

Step 3Bake 350 F 30 min or until set
