chili cheese squares

Everyone loves these. There are a lot of versions out there, just thought I would throw this one in the mix. Got this recipe from Diane Doherty, dare I say 25 years ago :-) yummy, yummy.

Ingredients
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 10 - eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- - dash of salt (optional)
- 3 cups shredded jack or cheddar, or both
- 2 - 4 oz cans of chopped green chiles
How To Make chili cheese squares

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 Pan

Step 2In large mixer bowl beat eggs, stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to eggs and mix well; fold in cheese, cottage cheese and chiles. Pour in to greased pan.

Step 3Bake 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into small squares.
