Cheesy Egg Breakfast Casserole

We were introduced to this recipe by my husband's mom. She got this from a quilt group recipe book. She added veggies to this to use them up and the veggies are a great addition. She has used broccoli, asparagus or any other left over vegetable. It is great to fix the night before when you have a large crowd for the holidays and throw in the oven the next morning for fantastic warm very tasty breakfast.

Ingredients

6
eggs
2 c
milk
1 lb
sausage
1/8 tsp
sage
1/8 tsp
basil
1/2 tsp
yellow mustard
1/2 c
mushrooms
1 c
mozzarella cheese
1 c
cheddar cheese
5 slice
bread dried and cubed
1 c
your choice of veggies

Step-By-Step

1Brown and drain sausage. Put in ungreased baking dish. Mix other ingredients in bowl. Pour the other ingredients over sausage. Refrigerate over night. Bake uncovered at 375° for 45 minutes.
