cheesy egg breakfast casserole
We were introduced to this recipe by my husband's mom. She got this from a quilt group recipe book. She added veggies to this to use them up and the veggies are a great addition. She has used broccoli, asparagus or any other left over vegetable. It is great to fix the night before when you have a large crowd for the holidays and throw in the oven the next morning for fantastic warm very tasty breakfast.

Ingredients
- 6 - eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pound sausage
- 1/8 teaspoon sage
- 1/8 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 5 slices bread dried and cubed
- 1 cup your choice of veggies
How To Make cheesy egg breakfast casserole

Step 1Brown and drain sausage. Put in ungreased baking dish. Mix other ingredients in bowl. Pour the other ingredients over sausage. Refrigerate over night. Bake uncovered at 375° for 45 minutes.
