- 4 1/2 pounds pork shoulder, fat removed
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 - whole nutmeg, grated
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 2 - heaping teaspoons sage
- 2 - heaping teaspoons marjouam
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make breakfast sausage

Step 1Cut pork into small pieces. Combine with other ingredients. Using fine grinder run through meat grinder twice. Shape into patties. Cook as desired. Makes about 20 patties.
