Ingredients
- 6 - eggs
- 1/4 can milk any kind
- 1/2 cup left over meat
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables, frozen or any kind
- 1/2 cup cheddar any kind
- - left over mashed potato enough to flatten in pie dish
- - seasonings to taste
How To Make breakfast quiche

Step 1Using a fork spread out left over mashed potatoes in a greesed pie dish making the crust instead of pie shell.

Step 2Mix the remainder of ingredients, whisking till well mixed and pour into potato pie dish. Cook at 375 degrees till golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean approx 20 mins.

Step 3Variations: adding onions, potato toppers my recipe for seasoning, greens, any kind of vegetable and left over can go into this!
