1/4 can(s)milk any kind
1/2 cleft over meat
1/2 cmixed vegetables, frozen or any kind
1/2 ccheddar any kind
·left over mashed potato enough to flatten in pie dish
·seasonings to taste
How to Make Breakfast Quiche
- Using a fork spread out left over mashed potatoes in a greesed pie dish making the crust instead of pie shell.
- Mix the remainder of ingredients, whisking till well mixed and pour into potato pie dish. Cook at 375 degrees till golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean approx 20 mins.
- Variations: adding onions, potato toppers my recipe for seasoning, greens, any kind of vegetable and left over can go into this!
