- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage

- 1 cup coarse bread crumbs

Step 1Combine all ingredients, except crumbs; Mix. Form mixture into 8 patties. Press each patty into bread crumbs to coat. Broil patties 5-7 minutes per side until juices run clear. Makes 8 patties.
