I was going thru my diabetic packet today and came across this recipe. As an Diabetic, you think that you can eat anything good. I want to this class and they gave us meals that are tasty and Nutritionist recommended.. And they made this for us and it was pretty tasty..

Ingredients

2 c
yogurt, vanilla
2 c
raspberries
2 c
fresh blueberies , or sliced strawberries
4 c
corn flakes

How to Make Breakfast Lasagna

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place 1/3 of the corn flakes in an even layer in the bottom of a 8x8 inch serving dish.
  • 2Mix together the raspberries, blueberries and yogurt and spoon half of it over the corn flakes evenly.
  • 3Sprinkle another layer of the corn flakes over yogurt mixture and the remaining yogurts over that.
  • 4Sprinkle the remaining corn flakes over top. Enjoy
