I was going thru my diabetic packet today and came across this recipe. As an Diabetic, you think that you can eat anything good. I want to this class and they gave us meals that are tasty and Nutritionist recommended.. And they made this for us and it was pretty tasty..

Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt, vanilla
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 2 cups fresh blueberies , or sliced strawberries
  • 4 cups corn flakes

How To Make breakfast lasagna

  • Step 1
    Place 1/3 of the corn flakes in an even layer in the bottom of a 8x8 inch serving dish.
  • Step 2
    Mix together the raspberries, blueberries and yogurt and spoon half of it over the corn flakes evenly.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle another layer of the corn flakes over yogurt mixture and the remaining yogurts over that.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle the remaining corn flakes over top. Enjoy
