Super simple and delicious breakfast cups. Great recipe to fool around with or to keep the same. ^^ I make the recipe for one (makes two cups), but just double,triple,quadruple for your needs!

Ingredients
- 1 - large egg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped stale bread (i use baguette)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 pinches shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make breakfast cheese, egg, and bread cups

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Whip together egg, salt, and sour cream until mixed fully.

Step 2Pour evenly into two cups in a muffin tin. Stick desired amount of chopped bread into the mixture. Top with mozzarella.

Step 3Bake for 10-15 minutes until mixture rises and solidifies.

Step 4Let cool for a few minutes, pop out, and serve!
