breakfast cheese, egg, and bread cups

Super simple and delicious breakfast cups. Great recipe to fool around with or to keep the same. ^^ I make the recipe for one (makes two cups), but just double,triple,quadruple for your needs!

Ingredients

  • 1 - large egg
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped stale bread (i use baguette)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pinches shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make breakfast cheese, egg, and bread cups

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Whip together egg, salt, and sour cream until mixed fully.
  • Step 2
    Pour evenly into two cups in a muffin tin. Stick desired amount of chopped bread into the mixture. Top with mozzarella.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 10-15 minutes until mixture rises and solidifies.
  • Step 4
    Let cool for a few minutes, pop out, and serve!
