Super simple and delicious breakfast cups. Great recipe to fool around with or to keep the same. ^^ I make the recipe for one (makes two cups), but just double,triple,quadruple for your needs!

Ingredients

  • 1
    large egg
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    chopped stale bread (i use baguette)
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 pinch
    shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make Breakfast Cheese, Egg, and Bread Cups

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Whip together egg, salt, and sour cream until mixed fully.
  2. Pour evenly into two cups in a muffin tin. Stick desired amount of chopped bread into the mixture. Top with mozzarella.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes until mixture rises and solidifies.
  4. Let cool for a few minutes, pop out, and serve!
