breakfast casserole
I was on Pinterest last week and saw this. It looked yummy, It had the ingredients and directions right under the picture but when I clicked on it the link wouldn't open, so I do not know who originally posted this recipe. But I made it last night for dinner and it was so good I wanted to share ( photo is my own)I would also suggest maybe adding some peppers and onions to it and also ham or bacon would be good in it.

Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 cups cheese, shredded ( mozzarella or cheddar) i mixed it
- 1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup milk
- 6 - eggs
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make breakfast casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 425. Spray a 9X13 casserole dish. Cook and drain sausage( or ham or bacon). Open crescent rolls and roll out in bottom of casserole dish, top with sausage ( or choice of meat) shredded cheese ( and veggies if you want to add)

Step 2Whip the eggs and milk together and pour over top. Bake 20 minutes at 425.
