Ingredients

  • 8 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced or chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • - juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter or low fat margarine
  • 2 cups low fat granola
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or craisins, optional

How To Make breakfast baked apples & granola, low fat,crockpot

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for about 7 hours. Put this on to cook at night and its ready for breakfast. Good enough to serve the whole family. Leftovers keep in frig for second day use.
