Ingredients
- 8 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced or chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- - juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter or low fat margarine
- 2 cups low fat granola
- 1/4 cup walnuts or craisins, optional
How To Make breakfast baked apples & granola, low fat,crockpot

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for about 7 hours. Put this on to cook at night and its ready for breakfast. Good enough to serve the whole family. Leftovers keep in frig for second day use.
