Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound refrigerated ready to make hash browns
- Egg Beater - equivalent to 5 eggs.
- 2 - scallions, chopped.
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese.
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 8 slices canadian bacon, cooked, crumbled.
How To Make breakfast bake

Step 1Spray a lg casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine hash browns, Egg Beaters, cottage cheese, scallions, pepper, salt, garlic powder and hot sauce. Blend well. Pour contents into casserole dish. Cover, refrigerate overnight. The next day, heat oven to 35. Unvover casserole, sprinkle evenly w/ bacon. Bake 30 min, or until heated through.
