    warm water

    milk or non-fat milk
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp
  • 10 slice
    wheat bread,cut into cubes with pinch of salt
  • 8 oz

    strawberries,trimmed and sliced

    garnish: yogurt and maple syrup

How to Make Berry French Toast Bake


  1. Preheat to oven to 350F.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together warm water and honey. Add eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt. Whisk
  3. Place bread cubes into a well-greased cast iron pan.
  4. Pour the egg mixtures over the bread cubes and submerge all of the bread cubes. Let soak for 20 minutes.
    Arrange the fruits on the top.
  5. Bake for one hour.
    Serve with yogurt and maple syrup.
