Serve warm with cold milk or whipped cream with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top or just plain. This recipe will keep in the refrigerator up to a week but it never lasts that long at my home lol!

How to Make Applesauce Raisin Baked Oatmeal


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease with butter or use non-stick spray on a 8x8 baking dish.
  • 2In one bowl whisk together all of the wet ingredients (milk, yogurt, egg, applesauce) add brown sugar and whisk some more until all is mixed well.
  • 3In a separate bowl stir together dry ingredients (oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger and cinnamon) Then add the 1 cup of raisins.
  • 4Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir well until evenly mixed. Pour mixture into the greased 8x8 baking dish. Cover baking dish with foil.
  • 5Place in the preheated oven. Cook for 20 minutes then remove the foil and cook for about 25 minutes longer until the top is golden brown. Serve warm with milk.
