Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 medium apples, peeled and sliced thin
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
How To Make apple puffed pancake

Step 1Place 13x9-inch baking dish in oven on 425*. Whisk together the eggs, salt, milk, cinnamon, flour, sugar, and vanilla.

Step 2Place butter in the baking dish and melt in oven. Add the apples to the dish and place in oven until the butter begins to sizzle, about 5 minutes.

Step 3Remove from oven and pour batter over apples and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 20 minutes. 7 points per serving
