Apple "granola"

I found this recipe in a self-help book 30 years ago. (I have no idea what book so don't ask.) This is the only thing I still remember! LOL
This makes a surprisingly large serving. For breakfast or a snack it works well.
The fiber, protein and nutritional content are very rewarding. The nuts and fruit give me that sweet crunch I crave.
