This recipe is a family favorite from my good friend, Tracy Sanders. It's unique, delicious and easy!

  • 1 bag(s)
    or box of cheese croutons
  • 2 c
    grated, sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb
    cooked and crumbled sausage (drained)
  • 4 large
  • 1 1/2 c
    whole milk
  • 1 3/4 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 can(s)
    golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c
    whole milk

How to Make Tracy Sander's Breakfast Casserole


  1. Layer in a greased , glass 9x13 pan, the cheese croutons, then the cheddar cheese and finally the crumbled sausage.
  2. Mix together , 4 eggs, 1 1/2 c. Milk, 1 3/4 tsp. dry mustard. Pour over top of layers in pan.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Right before putting into the oven, mix together 1 can of golden mushroom soup and 1/2 c. milk and pour over top.
  5. Bake for 1 and 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
