1 bag(s)or box of cheese croutons
2 cgrated, sharp cheddar cheese
1 lbcooked and crumbled sausage (drained)
1 1/2 cwhole milk
1 3/4 tspdry mustard
1 can(s)golden mushroom soup
1/2 cwhole milk
How to Make Tracy Sander's Breakfast Casserole
- Layer in a greased , glass 9x13 pan, the cheese croutons, then the cheddar cheese and finally the crumbled sausage.
- Mix together , 4 eggs, 1 1/2 c. Milk, 1 3/4 tsp. dry mustard. Pour over top of layers in pan.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Right before putting into the oven, mix together 1 can of golden mushroom soup and 1/2 c. milk and pour over top.
- Bake for 1 and 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
