This recipe is a family favorite from my good friend, Tracy Sanders. It's unique, delicious and easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag or box of cheese croutons
  • 2 cups grated, sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound cooked and crumbled sausage (drained)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

How To Make tracy sander's breakfast casserole

  • Step 1
    Layer in a greased , glass 9x13 pan, the cheese croutons, then the cheddar cheese and finally the crumbled sausage.
  • Step 2
    Mix together , 4 eggs, 1 1/2 c. Milk, 1 3/4 tsp. dry mustard. Pour over top of layers in pan.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate overnight.
  • Step 4
    Right before putting into the oven, mix together 1 can of golden mushroom soup and 1/2 c. milk and pour over top.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 1 and 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
