Ingredients
- 1 bag or box of cheese croutons
- 2 cups grated, sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 pound cooked and crumbled sausage (drained)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 3/4 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup whole milk
How To Make tracy sander's breakfast casserole

Step 1Layer in a greased , glass 9x13 pan, the cheese croutons, then the cheddar cheese and finally the crumbled sausage.

Step 2Mix together , 4 eggs, 1 1/2 c. Milk, 1 3/4 tsp. dry mustard. Pour over top of layers in pan.

Step 3Refrigerate overnight.

Step 4Right before putting into the oven, mix together 1 can of golden mushroom soup and 1/2 c. milk and pour over top.

Step 5Bake for 1 and 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
