Sausage and Chilies Quiche

    9" refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 can(s)
    7oz. green chilies, drained
  • 1 pkg
    l lb. hot sausge cooked, crumbled
  • 4
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c
    half and half cream
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c
    swiss cheese, shredded

How to Make Sausage and Chilies Quiche


  1. Preheat oven to 350* Place pie crust in pie pan. Line bottom with green chilies. Sprinkle sausage over chilies
  2. Combine eggs, half-n-half, cheeses, 1/2 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper in bowl, pour over sausage
  3. Cover edge of crust with foil to prevent excessive browning.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes or until top is golden brown, let stand 5 min. before serving. Enjoy!
