Ingredients
- 1 - 9" refrigerated pie crust
- 1 can 7oz. green chilies, drained
- 1 package l lb. hot sausge cooked, crumbled
- 4 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cups half and half cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup swiss cheese, shredded
How To Make sausage and chilies quiche

Step 1Preheat oven to 350* Place pie crust in pie pan. Line bottom with green chilies. Sprinkle sausage over chilies

Step 2Combine eggs, half-n-half, cheeses, 1/2 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper in bowl, pour over sausage

Step 3Cover edge of crust with foil to prevent excessive browning.

Step 4Bake for 35 minutes or until top is golden brown, let stand 5 min. before serving. Enjoy!
