This is one of my favorite recipes!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 9" refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 can 7oz. green chilies, drained
  • 1 package l lb. hot sausge cooked, crumbled
  • 4 - eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 cups half and half cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup swiss cheese, shredded

How To Make sausage and chilies quiche

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350* Place pie crust in pie pan. Line bottom with green chilies. Sprinkle sausage over chilies
  • Step 2
    Combine eggs, half-n-half, cheeses, 1/2 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper in bowl, pour over sausage
  • Step 3
    Cover edge of crust with foil to prevent excessive browning.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 35 minutes or until top is golden brown, let stand 5 min. before serving. Enjoy!
