Sausage and Chilies Quiche
19" refrigerated pie crust
1 can(s)7oz. green chilies, drained
1 pkgl lb. hot sausge cooked, crumbled
4eggs, slightly beaten
2 chalf and half cream
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
3/4 cswiss cheese, shredded
How to Make Sausage and Chilies Quiche
- Preheat oven to 350* Place pie crust in pie pan. Line bottom with green chilies. Sprinkle sausage over chilies
- Combine eggs, half-n-half, cheeses, 1/2 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper in bowl, pour over sausage
- Cover edge of crust with foil to prevent excessive browning.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until top is golden brown, let stand 5 min. before serving. Enjoy!
