overnight blueberry strata w/ blueberry syrup

Ingredients
- 1 - loaf frech bread, cubed
- 2 cups blueberries
- 16 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 12 - eggs
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups milk, i used 1 %
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make overnight blueberry strata w/ blueberry syrup

Step 1Spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. Place 1/2 the bread in pan, in bottom. Top w/ 2 cups blueberries. Scatter cream cheese cubes all over. Cover w/ remaining bread.

Step 2In lg bowl, beat eggs, syrup and milk until combined. Pour over casserole. Cover, chill overnight.

Step 3Heat oven to 350. Bake strata 30 mins, uncover, bake 30 mins more. In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water, bring to boil, cook 5 mins. Place remaining blueberries in pan, continue to cook 10 mins, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in butter. Serve sauce w/ strata.
