Ingredients
- 5 large eggs/beaten
- 1 cup half and half
- 1/4 cup romano cheese, grated or any cheese you prefer
- 2 cups assorted fresh vegetables,you pick what you like!
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper plus 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 can cooking spray
- 4 medium baking dishes or ramekins
How To Make miniature crust-less quiche

Step 1Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together the eggs,cream,salt,pepper,baking powder. Chop the vegetables of your choice,(I made these with broccoli and onions,garlic and mushrooms with Romano cheese) :)

Step 2Spray the ramekins with the cooking spray,ladle in the egg mixture 3/4 way up and then add the chopped,vegetables,about 2-3 tbsp. Garnish the tops with cheese and bake for 40 minutes at 350 until set.

Step 3Test them by inserting a toothpick in the center,if it comes out clean they are done.These can be served with a side of bacon or breakfast sausage with home-fries or with a side of fresh cut fruit or salad at lunch. Enjoy!! :)
