Ingredients
- 1 package 11oz piecrust mix (double pie crust)
- 1 large egg slightly beaten
- 1 pound sliced bacon
- 3 cups grated swiss cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 4 cups light cream (half n half)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 dash cayenne pepper

Step 1Prepare pie crust-roll out two 18" rectangles use to line a Jelly roll pan Brush bottom and sides with egg whites Refrigerate.

Step 2Pre heat oven to 375 degrees

Step 3Fry bacon until crisp. drain on paper towels and crumble. sprinkle bacon evenly over bottom of pie crust then sprinkle grated cheese over bacon.

Step 4with a wire whisk beat eggs and cream, salt, nutmeg, pepper and cayenne until well combined. Pour in prepared shell.

Step 5Bake until golden and center is firm Let cool 10 minutes then cut into 1 1/2 square serve hot.
