Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped
- 1 package finely shredded chedded cheese
How To Make janet's sunday brunch bake

Step 1Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Beat eggs, and sour cream with a whisk until blended. Pour into greased 13 by 9 baking dish bake 10 minutes or until egg mixture is soft set.

Step 3Meanwhile cook sausage, mushrooms, and onions in large skillet on medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until sausage is done, drain.

Step 4Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. Spoon tomatoes over egg layer, cover with sausage and cheese. Bake 30 minutes, or until center is set
