This casserole is just right for that Sunday brunch,it's fast it's easy and most of all it's very taste.

Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 1 package finely shredded chedded cheese

How To Make janet's sunday brunch bake

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Beat eggs, and sour cream with a whisk until blended. Pour into greased 13 by 9 baking dish bake 10 minutes or until egg mixture is soft set.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile cook sausage, mushrooms, and onions in large skillet on medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until sausage is done, drain.
  • Step 4
    Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. Spoon tomatoes over egg layer, cover with sausage and cheese. Bake 30 minutes, or until center is set
