How to Make Ham and Cheese Cups Low Fat


  • 1Beat eggs, then mix in heavy cream & melted butter.
  • 2Stir in ham, salt, pepper & shredded cheese.
  • 3Pour into 6 greased muffin tins or ramekins.
  • 4Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
