How to Make Ham and Cheese Cups Low Fat


  1. Beat eggs, then mix in heavy cream & melted butter.
  2. Stir in ham, salt, pepper & shredded cheese.
  3. Pour into 6 greased muffin tins or ramekins.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
  5. Calories: 253
