  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup hame, cubed or shredded
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make ham and cheese cups low fat

  • Step 1
    Beat eggs, then mix in heavy cream & melted butter.
  • Step 2
    Stir in ham, salt, pepper & shredded cheese.
  • Step 3
    Pour into 6 greased muffin tins or ramekins.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
