grab and go breakfast biscuit cups
I've been making biscuit cups for my family for years, they are as creative as your imagination. Take your favorite breakfast items and combine in an easy breakfast cup.

Ingredients
- 2 cans jumbo butter flavor refrigerator biscuits
- 3-4 large eggs, beaten
- 8 - frozen sausage links warmed and cut in chunks
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (your favorite)
How To Make grab and go breakfast biscuit cups

Step 1press biscuits flat with your hands and press into greased muffin tin.Place a little meat into each muffin. fill 3/4 way full with beaten eggs.

Step 2Bake in 400 degree oven for 18-22 minutes. Take out of oven sprinkle with cheese and put back in warm oven just until melted.

Step 3NOTE: You can use any meat or cheese with this. bacon, ham, sausage, bratwurst. (make sure you brown or cook meat first)..You may also use cooked hasbrowns. Some examples of things I have done.. Ham, broccoli, and swiss cheese bacon, hashbrowns, hot sauce, and Mexican blend cheese.

Step 4STORE AND REHEAT: To store place in ziplock bag. can freeze or refrigerate. To reheat put in microwave on 50% power until heated through.
