12 sliceday old bread cut into cubes

28 oz pkgs reduced-fat cream cheese, cut into cubes

1 cfrozen blueberries

12eggs
-
2 c1% milk

1/2 cpure maple syrup
How to Make Blueberry french toast casserole
- Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Place 1/2 the bread in bottom of pan. Sprinkle w/ blueberries and cream cheese.
- Arrange remaining bread cubes over blueberries. In lg bowl, beat eggs, milk and syrup until combined. Pour over bread mix in pan. Cover, chill 2 hrs.
- Heat oven to 375. Cover casserole and bake 25 mins. Uncover and bake 25 more mins, until browned and eggs are set.
