Ingredients
- 12 slices day old bread cut into cubes
- 2 - 8 oz pkgs reduced-fat cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 12 - eggs
- 2 cups 1% milk
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
How To Make blueberry french toast casserole

Step 1Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Place 1/2 the bread in bottom of pan. Sprinkle w/ blueberries and cream cheese.

Step 2Arrange remaining bread cubes over blueberries. In lg bowl, beat eggs, milk and syrup until combined. Pour over bread mix in pan. Cover, chill 2 hrs.

Step 3Heat oven to 375. Cover casserole and bake 25 mins. Uncover and bake 25 more mins, until browned and eggs are set.
