A very yummy breakfast casserole the whole family will love. Very easy to make. Great for easter morning.

Ingredients

  • 12 slices day old bread cut into cubes
  • 2 - 8 oz pkgs reduced-fat cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 12 - eggs
  • 2 cups 1% milk
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

How To Make blueberry french toast casserole

  • Step 1
    Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Place 1/2 the bread in bottom of pan. Sprinkle w/ blueberries and cream cheese.
  • Step 2
    Arrange remaining bread cubes over blueberries. In lg bowl, beat eggs, milk and syrup until combined. Pour over bread mix in pan. Cover, chill 2 hrs.
  • Step 3
    Heat oven to 375. Cover casserole and bake 25 mins. Uncover and bake 25 more mins, until browned and eggs are set.
