Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup melted margarine
- 1 1/2 cups white flour
- 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple ,drained
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make zucchini pineapple bread

Step 1Beat the eggs,stir in the melted margarine and sugar. Mix the dry ingredients together and gradually beat the flour mixture into the egg mixture. When blended mix the zucchini and nuts in.

Step 2Pour into 2 loaf pans.

Step 3Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.until a toothpick comes out clean.
