Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon bakind powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup each of nuts and golden raisins
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon rind and juice
How To Make zucchini bread

Step 1grease 2 ...9inch loaf pans turn on oven to 350 degrees

Step 2grate the zucchini..beat together sugar and oil until light and fluffy..combine dry ingredients..add to egg mix.. add zest and juice and beat til well combined..mix in nuts raisins and zucchini

Step 3pour into greased loaf pans bake for 45 to 50 minutes snd test with toothpick..if clean the bread is ready remove from oven cool in pans for 10 minutes,,remove from pans and cool on wire rack....freezes well..nice with cream cheese spread on slice...
