Ingredients For zucchini bread

2 call purpose flour

1/2 tspbakind powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 1/2 tspcinnamon

1 1/2 cwhite sugar

3eggs
-
1 cvegetable oil
-
2 cgrated zucchini
-
1/2 ceach of nuts and golden raisins
-
2 Tbspgrated lemon rind and juice
How To Make zucchini bread

1grease 2 ...9inch loaf pans turn on oven to 350 degrees

2grate the zucchini..beat together sugar and oil until light and fluffy..combine dry ingredients..add to egg mix.. add zest and juice and beat til well combined..mix in nuts raisins and zucchini

3pour into greased loaf pans bake for 45 to 50 minutes snd test with toothpick..if clean the bread is ready remove from oven cool in pans for 10 minutes,,remove from pans and cool on wire rack....freezes well..nice with cream cheese spread on slice...
