Ingredients

3 call purpose flour
-
1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
3 tspground cinnamon
-
3eggs
-
1 cvegetable oil
-
2 1/4 csugar
-
3 tspvanilla extract
-
2 czucchini, grated with a cheese grater
-
1 cpecans, chopped
How to Make Zucchini Bread
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Then grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
- Mix well - flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda & cinnamon in a bowl. In a seperate bowl beat the eggs slightly and add oil, vanilla, & sugar. Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and beat well. Stir in zucchini & nuts until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pans.
- Bake 40 - 60 minutes or til toothpick comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes & remove from pan. Cool completely.
