This is my favorite bread! I bake it during the holidays to give away and the rest of the year for us to eat. So easy to make and soooo good.

Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded zucchini
- 3 cups flour
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup chopped nuts
How To Make zucchini bread

Step 1Heat oven to 325 degrees. Generously grease bottoms of bread pans. Blend all ingredients on low for one minute. Beat on medium for one minute. Bake 50 to 60 minutes till toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and then remove from pan... Cool completely.
