- 3-4 - ripe bananas mashed
- 2 cups wholewheat flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup walnuts and raisins
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1Cream oil and sugar together. Add beaten eggs and mashed bananas. Beat. Sift dry ingredients. Add to eggs and bananas. Add nuts, raisins, milk, and vanilla last. Mix well.
