This is the best Banana Bread ever.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cup honey or 2/3 c sugar
  • 3 - eggs beaten
  • 3-4 - ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 cups wholewheat flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup walnuts and raisins
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make yummy healthy banana bread

  • Step 1
    Cream oil and sugar together. Add beaten eggs and mashed bananas. Beat. Sift dry ingredients. Add to eggs and bananas. Add nuts, raisins, milk, and vanilla last. Mix well.
  • Step 2
    Oven 350* for 50 minutes. 2 loaves
