"tweaked" cinnabon cinnamon rolls recipe
I've made some pumpkin cinnamon rolls from this site...delicious..but I must say this recipe that I "tweaked" from Food Network magazine & the "copy that"is AWESOME...TASTE JUST LIKE A CINNABON!!!!

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/4 teaspoons dry active yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
How To Make "tweaked" cinnabon cinnamon rolls recipe

Step 1Using my breadmaker's dough cycle...mix flour, salt, nutmeg, & sugar together set aside. Heat milk & butter together in microwave until butter melts; add to breadmaker pan. Crack egg yolk into bread pan; add vanilla & dry ingredients. Make a well for the yeast and start dough.

Step 2After the dough is finished, let rest for 10 min. Make the filling; 2Tbls. melted or softened butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3Tbls. cinnamon. Roll dough out 12in.x 14in. and spread with butter and sugar mixture. Cut into equal size buns and place into buttered pan; let double in size ( about 30min. ).

Step 3Pre-heat oven to 325* and bake until golden brown; about 30-35min. Cool in pan and pre-pare icing...2 cups powdered sugar, 4oz. cream cheese 2Tbls. butter...smooth over still warm rolls and ENJOY!!!
