Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose white flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup bananas, mashed
- 1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup pineapple, drained

Step 1Preheat overn to 350 degrees

Step 2Grease bottom of 5x9 loaf pan

Step 3In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.

Step 4Stir in butter, eggs, milk, banans,coconut, pineapple, orange rind, vanilla extract and almond extract.

Step 5Beat on low speed until all ingredients are moistened.

Step 6Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

Step 7Stir in Pineapple and coconut.

Step 8Pour into a prepared pan and bake for 70 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the bread.

Step 9When ready, immediately remove the bread from the pan an onto a plate.

Step 10Cool completely before slicing.
