all purpose white flour
1 c
granulated sugar
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
1/2 c
butter, softened
2 large
1/4 c
1 c
bananas, mashed
1 Tbsp
orange rind, grated
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
almond extract
1 c
flaked coconut
1/2 c
pecans, chopped
1/2 c
pineapple, drained

How to Make Tropical Paradise Quick Bread


  • 1Preheat overn to 350 degrees
  • 2Grease bottom of 5x9 loaf pan
  • 3In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
  • 4Stir in butter, eggs, milk, banans,coconut, pineapple, orange rind, vanilla extract and almond extract.
  • 5Beat on low speed until all ingredients are moistened.
  • 6Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  • 7Stir in Pineapple and coconut.
  • 8Pour into a prepared pan and bake for 70 minutes or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the bread.
  • 9When ready, immediately remove the bread from the pan an onto a plate.
  • 10Cool completely before slicing.
