I try to stay away from bread and this is seems to be a satisfactory substitute.

    flax meal
  • 5
    egg whites
  • 2
    eggs
  • 5 Tbsp
    oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 3 pkg
    stevia

How to Make Tina's 0 carb Flax bread

Step-by-Step

  1. mix dry ingredients. Blend wet ingerdients. Add dry to wet, beat. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake 350 for 30 minutes. If you'd rather have muffins bake for 10-15 minutes in greased muffin pans
  2. Feel free to add flavorings and extracts to this basic recipe. Works best in a 9x5 loaf pan. If you only have the 8x4 pans, then make 6 muffins too
