This is sweet and VERY LIGHT. Don't recall where I got it but been using it a long time.

Ingredients
- 2 cups "pioneer" biscuit and baking mix or "bisquick"
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornmeal
- 1 cup margarine, melted and cooled
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 - eggs, beaten well
How To Make sweet cornbread

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease 9 in square pan

Step 2Melt margarine noted below so it will cool

Step 3Combine biscuit mix, sugar and cornmeal well in bowl

Step 4Stir cooled margarine and milk into mixture

Step 5Add well-beaten eggs

Step 6Pour into greased 9 inch square pan

Step 7Bake at 350 until done - about 30-40 minutes
