gonna try to subsitue ingredients
You can adjust sugar to taste 11/2 cups kind of sweet for me

Ingredients

egg
2 c
rhubarb
1 1/2 c
sugar
2/3 c
oil
1 c
buttermilk
1 tsp
vanilla
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
salt
1/2 c
walnuts
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1 Tbsp
margarine soften
2 c
flour

How to Make Rhubarb bread

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix:
    1 egg
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Sift:
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt

    Add sugar and flour mixtures together.
    Fold in 2 cups cut rhubarb and 1/2 cup walnuts.
    Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 inch pans.

    Mix: 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. margarine, softened
    Sprinkle over top of batter.
    Bake 1 hour.
  • 2Mix:
