Ingredients
- 1 - egg
- 2 cups rhubarb
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon margarine soften
- 2 cups flour
How To Make rhubarb bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix: 1 egg 2/3 c. oil 1 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla Sift: 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt Add sugar and flour mixtures together. Fold in 2 cups cut rhubarb and 1/2 cup walnuts. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 inch pans. Mix: 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. margarine, softened Sprinkle over top of batter. Bake 1 hour.
