Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 2/3 cup salad oil
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup sour milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups diced fresh rhubarb
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
How To Make rhubarb bread

Step 1Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle over batter: 1/2 cup sugar and 1 T. butter. Mix with fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes. Makes about 4 servingd.
