- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup rhubarb, sliced
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
How To Make rhubarb bread

Step 1Stir in order given. Pour in floured loaf pan. Mix 2 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp.cinnamon, and Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
