Quick & Easy Banana Nut Bread
I had never had homemade quick breads before that time and an Army Wife introduced me to them and the rest is history.
I always wait until my bananas are heavily speckled so they are soft and sweet.
Great for breakfast or as a dessert, this bread never disappoints. Enjoy the ease of the recipe and make a double batch to share.
How to Make Quick & Easy Banana Nut Bread
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare a loaf pan by spraying with non stick cooking spray
- In a small bowl, mash bananas with the back of a fork until smooth.
- Cream sugar and butter together until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Pour bread mixture into loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
