Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1 can pumpkin
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup apple juice (or water)
- 1 large apple, peeled, cored & diced
How To Make pumpkin apple bread

Step 1Grease 2 loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2In a large bowl, beat together oil, eggs, pumpkin, apple juice, and sugar.

Step 3In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt.

Step 4Slowly add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, beating well. Fold in apples.

Step 5Divide batter evenly between both pans. Bake 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
