A delicious bread for the fall!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple juice (or water)
  • 1 large apple, peeled, cored & diced

How To Make pumpkin apple bread

  • Step 1
    Grease 2 loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, beat together oil, eggs, pumpkin, apple juice, and sugar.
  • Step 3
    In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt.
  • Step 4
    Slowly add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, beating well. Fold in apples.
  • Step 5
    Divide batter evenly between both pans. Bake 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
