pink applesauce bread
This is another recipe I found of my Grammie's tucked into the pages of another cookbook. It sounds wonderful and would be great for the Easter holiday or springtime brunch. This is a very light, moist bread and reminded me of biscuit dough. Since it has no eggs and is mostly applesauce it could be a vegan also a healthier bread to make.
