this recipe belongs to my husband's grandmother its one of my husband's faves. she always use to make it for him . sadly she had passed away before i met my hubby .. but she was a great lady who love her children and grandchildren. she always called it pineapple bread even though it looks like a pineapple bread pudding to me

Ingredients

  • 10 slice
    of bread ( u can use white, wheat , or potato bread )
  • 2 stick
    of butter
  • 2 can(s)
    of crushed pineapple ( u can use tibets)
  • 4
    eggs beaten
  • ·
    dash of salt
  • 1 c
    of sugar

How to Make Pineapple Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. cut up bread and place in a greased baking dish
  2. melt butter then add rest of the ingredients and pour over bread . bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour
