I always have the ingredients in the house to whip up this yummy quick bread! Great topped with some butter and your favorite jelly or jam. We love peanut butter, and this hits the spot!

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg, well beaten
- 1 ripe, mashed banana
How To Make peanut butter bread

Step 1Grease a loaf pan, and set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the peanut butter, milk, egg, and mashed banana. Mix until well blended.

Step 3Put the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smooth out evenly with a spoon.

Step 4Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven, for 45 to 55 minutes, when cake tester comes out clean.

Step 5Remove from pan, and cool on a rack. Slice, and delicious with a bit of butter and your favorite jam, jelly or preserves. Enjoy!
