    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
  • 3 large
  • 2 1/3 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 3/4 c
  • 3/4 c
    dates, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    walnut pieces

How to Make One Pan Date Nut Bread


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Generously grease bottom of loaf pan. Stir all ingredients except dates and walnuts in pan with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute. Stirs in dates and walnuts. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen; Remove from pan.
