Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 1/3 cups bisquick baking mix
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts, any kind
  • GLAZE
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 teaspoons orange juice, fresh

How To Make one pan cranberry bread

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375 degrees. Generously grease bottom of loaf pan.Stir all ingredients except cranberries and nuts in with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen; remove from pan. If desired, cool loaf completely and drizzle with glaze.
