Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 1/3 cups bisquick baking mix
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts, any kind
- GLAZE
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 teaspoons orange juice, fresh
How To Make one pan cranberry bread

Step 1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Generously grease bottom of loaf pan.Stir all ingredients except cranberries and nuts in with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen; remove from pan. If desired, cool loaf completely and drizzle with glaze.
