vegetable oil
1/2 c
sour cream
1/4 c
3 large
2 1/3 c
bisquick baking mix
3/4 c
2 Tbsp
grated orange peel
3/4 c
fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
1/2 c
chopped nuts, any kind


1/2 c
powdered sugar
3 tsp
orange juice, fresh

How to Make One Pan Cranberry Bread


  • 1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Generously grease bottom of loaf pan.Stir all ingredients except cranberries and nuts in with fork until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen; remove from pan. If desired, cool loaf completely and drizzle with glaze.
