I have had many compliments on how moist and tasty this is. My mom says I make the best Banana Bread.....funny, it is her recipe!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 - bananas, very ripe
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
How To Make mom's moist banana nut bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease and flour bread pan.

Step 2In small bowl combine flour, salt, and baking soda and set aside.

Step 3In medium bowl; cream together the margarine and sugar; add eggs, mix in 3 ripe bananas. Slowly add the flour mixture until blended; add walnuts and hand stir until mixed through.

Step 4Pour mixture into prepared bread pan and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool and enjoy!
