I love my mom's Banana bread... just wanted to share this recipe she always makes and it turns out so good.. She sometimes will make 2 by doubling her recipe and freeze one for later... so if your bananas are looking kinda ripe this recipe will take care of that for ya!

Ingredients For mom's banana bread

2 1/2 csifted flour

1 csugar
-
3 1/2 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt
-
3 Tbspoil
-
3/4 cmilk
-
1 cmashed ripe banana (2-3)

1egg
How To Make mom's banana bread

1Sift Together all dry ingredients in mix bowl

2Add remaining ingredients beat on medium speed 1/2 Min, Scraping sides and bottom

3Pour into greased and floured (I don't like flouring my pans I just use a nonstick spray.) 9x5x3 pan (loaf pan)

4Bake 350 oven for 55-60 Min. Test w/ wooden toothpick remove from pan onto rack immediately
