mom's banana bread
I love my mom's Banana bread... just wanted to share this recipe she always makes and it turns out so good.. She sometimes will make 2 by doubling her recipe and freeze one for later... so if your bananas are looking kinda ripe this recipe will take care of that for ya!

Makes one loaf
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana (2-3)
- 1 - egg
How To Make mom's banana bread

Step 1Sift Together all dry ingredients in mix bowl

Step 2Add remaining ingredients beat on medium speed 1/2 Min, Scraping sides and bottom

Step 3Pour into greased and floured (I don't like flouring my pans I just use a nonstick spray.) 9x5x3 pan (loaf pan)

Step 4Bake 350 oven for 55-60 Min. Test w/ wooden toothpick remove from pan onto rack immediately
