moist banana bread
This was my grandma's banana bread recipe. It makes a nice large moist loaf.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 - bananas, mashed
- 3 tablespoons milk
How To Make moist banana bread

Step 1Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Then in medium bowl cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, banana pulp, milk and vanilla. Then add flour and nuts (if desired).

Step 2Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
