Ingredients

3 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

3eggs

1/2 cbutter, melted

1/2 capplesauce, unsweetened

1 csugar

1 cbrown sugar

2 tspvanilla extract

2-3 cgrated zucchini
How to Make Mmm.. Best Zucchini Bread!
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 X 5 loaf pan.
- Measure the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and spices into a bowl. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs with butter, applesauce, sugars, and vanilla extract until well blended. Slowly beat in the flour mixture until blended. Fold in zucchini.
- Spread batter in the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 to 70 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
NOTE: As mentioned above, I had enough batter leftover to make several average sized muffins as well. I baked those at the same temp (325) for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
